Graveside services for Mrs. Wynema Ridgway, age 98, of Sumrall, will be held at 11:00 a.m., December 14, 2023 at Midway Baptist Church Cemetery in Sumrall.  Bro. Blake McCain and Bro. Darrell Sanford will officiate the service.  Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Sean Ridgway, Eli Ridgway, Joseph Ridgway, Randy Sutton, Chris Butler, and Michael Smith.

Mrs. Ridgway loved children, babies, her garden, cooking, and raising dachsunds.

Mrs. Ridgway was preceded in death by her husband, Reginald Ridgway; son, Johnnie Ridgway; daughter, Iris Murray; granddaughter, Shelly Ridgway; and infant son, Earl Royce Ridgway.

She is survived by her sons, Reggie (Susan) Ridgway of Sumrall and James (Melanie) Ridgway of Brandenburg, KY; daughter, Cynthia Ridgway of Oak Grove; grandchildren, Regina, Sean, Joseph, and Eli; 6 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren and 1 on the way; brother, Lessray Housley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
