Mrs. WolPun Kauffman, age 87, of Petal, MS passed from this life on August 23, 2026, at Bedford Care Nursing Home of Petal. She was born on September 20, 1938, in Anyong City, South Korea to Kimusoni and Hiachumg Kim.

She was a member of the St. Thomas Catholic Church in Hattiesburg.

She is survived by her husband, Sam Kauffman of Petal; son, Kyong Su Kim of New York; daughters, Catherine Mefford of Montgomery, AL and Sukie Houlihan (Dennis) of Virginia; grandchildren, Annette Kim of New York, Elizabeth Postma of Mongomery, AL, and Cori Houlihan of Virginia; great-grandchildren, Michael Thornton of Montgomery, AL, Samanth Cox of California, Marisa Wesson of Prattville, AL, and Juliett Marino of New York and sister, Kyong Hui Berry of Pennsylvania.
