Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2025, in the Donald Family Cemetery of Laurel for Mr. Willard Donald, age 79, of Laurel. Mr. Donald passed away on November 18, 2025 at his residence. Serving as pallbearers will be Bobby Joe Parker, Sr., Benny Lee Parker, Billy Joe Parker, William Parker, John Wesley Parker, Brandon Parker, Ben Hullings, Bo Smith, Jason Shepherd, Bobby Joe Parker, Jr., and Leon Ishee.

Willard was born in Jasper County on January 9, 1946, to John Henry and Nettie Catherine Parker Donald. He retired as a roofer then retired from being a supply man with the Jones County School System Cafeteria Department.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Martin Donald; parents; brothers, Newt, Charles, John, and Joe Donald; sister, Daisy Holifield; brothers-in-law, Gene Sims and Billy Ray Holifield.

He is survived by his son, Matt Donald of Laurel; daughter, Angi Donald of Laurel; grandchildren, Casey Newell (Mickey Smith), Katherine Evans (David) both of Laurel; great-grandchildren, Ayden Donald, Hana Smith, Jaxston Evans all of Laurel; sisters, Faye Holifield, Mickey Sims and Betty Sue Loper all of Laurel; brother, Danny Donald (Linda) of Laurel; sister-in-law, Joyce Donald of Laurel; adopted kids, Ben Hullings, Jason and Alice Shephard, Leon Ishee, Pam Manning and Mandy Smith all of Laurel.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 23, 2025 at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Moselle.
