Memorial services for Mrs. Wanda Jean Willson Henderson, age 74, of Hattiesburg, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Calvary Baptist Church in Oak Grove.  Mrs. Henderson passed from this life on January 25, 2025 in Hattiesburg.  Dr. Nathan Barber, Dr. Andy Goode, and Rev. Rocky Holston will officiate the service.

Mrs. Henderson was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Oak Grove where she was the Senior Adult Ladies Sunday School teacher.  She was a missionary and church planner for the Southern Baptist Convention in South Korea.  She worked alongside her husband, Dr. Danny Henderson, who is the Field Evangelist and church planner in South Korea.  She also taught ESL with the Pascagoula Public School System.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Edward and Nan Willson; daughter, Cynthia Henderson; sister, Evelyn Wright; and brother, Albert Edward Willson III.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Daniel Lawrence "Danny" Henderson of Hattiesburg; son, Dr. Nathan Henderson (Ryan Esch) of Madison, WI; sisters, Nancy (Jimmy) Saucier of Bessemer, AL, Mary Lois (Lyle) Stockman of Tupelo, Margaret (Perry) Loflin of Baxterville, and Miriam (Mike) Wheatley of Gulfport ; brother, Matt (Yvonne) Willson of Brandon; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
