Services for Mr. Wallace Leigh Gage, age 77, of Beaumont, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at Beaumont Church of God.  Mr. Gage passed from this life on March 12, 2025 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  Bro. Russell Brown will officiate the service and burial will follow in Beaumont Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Dewayn Byrd, Billy Maxie, Terry Williams, Ryan Robinson, Caleb Parker, Savanna Buffkin, and Frank Burrell.

Mr. Gage was a member of Beaumont Church of God.  He was a veteran of the United States Army where he served in Vietnam.. He received the Bronze Star, Air Medal, Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Medal, Sharpshooter Medal, and Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.  He was a member of the 101st Airborne and a Green Beret.  He was also a member of the American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dollie Gage and Robert Gage; and sister, Margaret Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Gage of Beaumont; daughters, Brandi Gage of Long Beach and Kayla (Frank) Burrell of Beaumont; son, Matthew Gage of Beaumont; grandchildren, Savanna Buffkin of Long Beach, Max Burrell of Beaumont, and Cole Burrell of Vandenberg, CA; and a host of other relatives.
