Graveside services for Mr. Thomas Wesley "Tom" Gordon, 72, of Richton, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Sunset Cemetery in Richton.  Serving as pallbearers will be Anthony Anderson, Andrew Dawsey, Logan Brewer, Deklin Dawsey, Dustin Yazzie, and Jack Gordon.

Tom worked at House Implement for many years after having worked at Ingalls Shipbuilding for more than 20 years. He enjoyed a lifetime of hunting, gardening, and spending time outdoors. He was an Elvis Presley fan, enjoyed NASCAR, and watching western movies. Above all, Tom cherished his family and loved spending time with them.  Tom will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love of the outdoors, and the devotion he had for his family. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marylena Johnson; father, Thomas Henry Gordon, Jr.; son, Wesley Aaron Gordon; brother, Timothy Gordon, Sr.; and sisters, Sandy Greer and Lynn Gordon.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Ann Gordon; children, Mialena Stuart and Sandy (Victor) Guerra; stepchildren, Tonya (Steve) Brewer of Richton, Tasha Nolan of Richton, and Rayann Nolan of Biloxi; grandchildren, Kai Jackson, Khea Jackson, Constance Brewer, Travis (Johana) Brewer, Kaitlin (Logan) Brewer, all of Richton, Alicia (Anthony) Anderson of Leakesville, Heather (Andrew) Dawsey of Biloxi, Zoey Gordon, Indy Sanchez, Joshua Morgan, Isaac Guerra, all of Tampa, FL; great-grandchildren, Carmen McNair, Waylon Brewer, Julien Brewer, all of Richton, Priscilla Anderson, Oakland Anderson, Myles Anderson, Allie Anderson, Kaylee Anderson, all of Leakesville, Deklin Dawsey, Chase Dawsey, Wynona Dawsey, all of Biloxi; Carlos Morales, Juan Sanchez, Aaron Sanchez, Elias Morgan, all of Tampa, FL; and sisters, Debra Gordon and Jackie (Danny) Maya of Naples, FL.
