INTERMENT:  Green's Creek Cemetery

Graveside services for Mrs. Susan Ridgway, age 75, of Sumrall, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Green's Creek Cemetery in Petal.  Mrs. Ridgway passed from this life on April 23, 2026, at her residence.  Bro. Darrell Sanford will officiate the service.

Mrs. Ridgway was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She had a deep love for antiques and crafts and found great joy in expressing her creativity. She also enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, and traveling. Alongside her beloved husband, she proudly visited all 48 contiguous states as well as Alaska.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle L. Ridgway; and parents, Vincent and Mildred Turnure.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, Reggie Ridgway of Sumrall; stepdaughter, Regina M. Gibson of Kiln; grandchildren, Chris, Michael, Ethan, Aaron, Amanda, and Kristen; a host of great-grandchildren; brother, Tom Turnure of Running Springs, CA; and sister, Joan Taylor of Prescott, AZ
