Services for Mrs. Shirley Nell Fulmer, age 83, of Richton, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 23, 2024 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mrs. Fulmer passed from this life on May 20, 2024 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  Bro. Steve Brewer and Bro. Mark Ford will officiate the service and burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Cameron Ford, Brandon Freeman, Trey Harvison, Brayden Freeman, Guy Harvison, and Parker Thoms.

Mrs. Shirley worked as a beautician in Richton for 52 years.  She attended Avera Church of God.  She loved to shop and work in her yard, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Bill Jones and Sammy Lane; and parents, Hubert and Eva Edwards.

She is survived by her husband, Don Fulmer of Richton; daughters, Sharon (Guy) Harvison and Debbie (Mark) Ford, both of Richton; 5 stepchildren; grandchildren, Brandon (Kayla) Freeman, Cameron (Elli) Ford, Brynn (Kevin) McCollum, Kaylee (Dakota) Weatherley, Trey Harvison, and Emily-Kate Ford; 8 great grandchildren; a host of step grandchildren and great grandchildren; and brother, Roger (Sue) Edwards.
