Services celebrating the life of Mrs. Sammie Ruth Graham, age 80, of Richton, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Piave Baptist Church with Bro. Eric Kittrell officiating.  Burial will follow in the Henderson cemetery.  Mrs. Graham passed from this life on April 12, 2025 at her home.  Serving as pallbearers will be Justin Brewer,Caleb Brewer, Malachi Graham, Colby Cooper, Justin Huguet, and Josh Henderson with Jason Walley and Kevin Walley as alternates.

She was a wonderful homemaker and devoted mother to all, she was known for her deep love for her family and the joy she found in caring for her grandchildren. Her home was always filled with warmth, kindness, and the comforting aroma of something delicious baking in the oven.  She was the beloved wife of Billy, to whom she was faithfully devoted. Together they built a life grounded in love, faith, and family. A longtime and faithful member of Piave Baptist Church, her faith was a guiding light in her life. She found happiness in life's simple pleasures — spending time outdoors, tending to her flower beds, and sharing home-cooked meals with those she loved. Her legacy of love, service, and family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her grandson Tyler Brewer; her parents, Doc and Ida Henderson; and 15 siblings.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, William "Billy" Graham; her daughters, Tammy (Brian) Brewer and Mary (Raymond) Updegraff; her son, Danny Graham; her sister, Betty Jean Walley; her brothers, Troy (Myra) Henderson and Roy (Waniece) Henderson; her grandchildren, Justin (Haley) Brewer, Caleb (Alyssa) Brewer, Haley (Justin) Huguet, Holly (Colby) Cooper, Cassidy Mathis, Annie Marie (Nathan) Giles, Malachi Graham, and Samuel (Zoey) Graham; 9 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation for Mrs. Graham will be held from 5:30 until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday April 15, 2025 at PIave Baptist Church.
