Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2025, in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery of Seminary for Mrs. Rose Marie McDaniel Blackledge, age 63, of Soso, MS. Mrs. Blackledge passed from this life on September 30, 2025, at her residence. Bro. Jeremy Miller will officiate with burial to follow the service. Serving as pallbearers will be Kaden Reus, David Smith, Daniel Hodge, Daemon Walker, David Ratclif, Chris Moody and Ricky Clark.

Rose worked at Johnson's Control in Hattiesburg as a Quality Inspector before she retired after 25 years of service. She enjoyed her crafting, going to car shows, gardening and loved her roses, lilacs and many other flowers.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Blackledge, of Soso; daughters, Marlena McDaniel of Petal, Stacy Ellington of Moselle and Savannah Blackledge of Lake, MS; grandchildren, Heather Harvey of Petal, Kaden Reus of Petal, Grace Reus of Petal, Daemon Walker of Moselle and Lakyn Childers of Moselle; great-grandchildren, Paisley Reus of Lumberton, Aurrey Elizabeth Mason of Lumberton, Nevaeh Hodge of Myrick and Wylder Harrison of Myrick and brother, Johnny Ray McDaniel of Moselle.

Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Jones and Son Funeral Home of Moselle.
