Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2026, in the Lowery Creek Baptist Church of Seminary for Mr. Ronnie Kitchens, age 52, of Seminary.  Mr. Kitchens went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 25, 2026, at Forrest General Hospital. Bro. James "Mack" Busby and Bro. Charles Brady will officiate with burial to follow in the Walters Cemetery of Seminary.

Ronnie was born on June 12, 1973, in Louisianna to James Curtis and Edna Ivone Coleman Kitchens. He was married to Loretta Kitchens for 24 years and had four kids, Erica Kitchens, Alex (Harley) Kitchens, Taylor Kitchens and Nick Kitchens and raised their nephew, Clay Kitchens. He dearly loved to play and spend time with his grandbaby, Caden, and ride motorcycles. Ronnie's one true joy came in mechanical work such as repairing, diagnosing and maintaining mechanical equipment and cars. If he was not working on something, he was usually supervising someone else. He worked at C & C Equipment for many years and was currently employed with Mid-South Machinery in Hattiesburg.

He was preceded in death by his son, Nick Kitchens and mother, Ivone Kitchens. He is survived by his wife, Loretta Kitchens, of Seminary; children, Erica Kitchens, Alex (Harley) Kitchens, Taylor Kitchens and Clay Kitchens all of Seminary; grandson, Caden Kitchens of Seminary; dad, Curtis Kitchens of Hattiesburg; brothers, James "Buster" Kitchens and Dale Kitchens both of Collins and sister, Debbie Smith of Ellisville.

Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2026, at Lowery Creek Baptist Church in Seminary.
