Services for Mr. Robert Brondum, age 80, of Leakesville, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Cornerstone Full Gospel Church in Neely.  Mr. Brondum passed from this life on February 19, 2024.  Bro. Eddie Pitts and Bro. Reggie Manning will officiate the service and burial will follow in Mutual Rights Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Zack Harvison, Derrick Brondum, Aaron James, Justin Brondum, Matthew Nicholson, and Jared Nicholson.  Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Braden Booth, Mike Byrd, Clint Crager, and A.J. Savant.

Mr. Brondum worked as a delivery driver for Blossman Gas and Local LP Gas Company for many years.  He and Mrs. Lois owned Brondum's Quik Stop for over 14 years.  He was a founding member of Cornerstone Full Gospel Church and also the Sand Hill Volunteer Fire Department.  He loved to volunteer with the Helping Hands ministry.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Brondum; and parents, Otto and Essie Brondum.

He is survived by his children, Karen Rainey of Avera, Melissa (Keith) Harvison of Leakesville, Danny (Kim) Brondum of State Line, and Steven (Cherie) Brondum of Leakesville; grandchildren, Crystal, Ashten (Mike), Brentley (A.J.), Zack (Greta), Katelyn (Clint), Derrick (Devin), Aaron "Dune" (Joyce), Justin (Faith), Shelby (Braden), Matthew (Mallory), Jared (Chloe), Faith, Charity, and Carli; 22 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
