Services for Mr. Robert Louis "Bob" Ford, Sr., age 76, of Petal, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mr. Ford passed from this life on July 15, 2023.  Bro. Mikey Cooper will officiate the service and burial will follow in Mt. Olive United Methodist Church Cemetery in Ovett.  Serving as pallbearers will be Ronnie Ainsworth, Chris Clark, Jamie Wilborn, Michael Farve, Kory Freeman, and Greg Holliman.

Mr. Ford was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.  He loved the outdoors, and working was his hobby.

Mr. Ford was preceded in death by his father, John Robert Ford, Jr.; mother, Lavern Catherine Scribner; and pop, Kenneth L. Scribner.

He is survived by his wife, Eva Lenell Ford of Petal; daughter, Robin Lyenette (Waylon) Ford Metz of Petal; son, Robert Louis Ford, Jr. of Petal; granddaughter, Skylar Lynette Bennette of Petal; and grandson, Richard Michael "Tre' " Bennette of Tylertown.
