A memorial service for Mr. Rick Sanderson, age 62, of Richton, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, October 11, 2024 at Richton First Assembly of God.  Mr. Sanderson passed from this life on October 7, 2024 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Rick was a fun-loving and free spirited man. He enjoyed making others laugh and smile.  He was proud and passionate about his children, grandchildren, and all LSU sports... GEAUX TIGERS!

He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Carolyn Sanderson; and niece, Rebecca Pruitt.

He is survived by his daughter, Krissy (Ronnie) McIntyre of Mobile, AL; sons, Connor (Bethany) Sanderson of Richton, Colton Sanderson of Richton, Corbyn Sanderson of Hattiesburg, and Michael Smith of Richton; grandchildren, Aubrey McIntyre, Avery McIntyre, Adley McIntyre, Crew Sanderson, and Marshall Smith; brother, Randy (Nancy Carol) Sanderson of Richton; sister, Renee (Ron) McLain of Hattiesburg; and nieces, Sherry Sanderson, Audrey Walley, and Karen Beasley.

There will be a brief visitation with the family beginning at 10:00 a.m. before the service.
