Services for Mr. Paul Smith, age 64, of Hattiesburg, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mr. Smith passed from this life on May 29, 2023 at his residence.  Bro. Robert Thomas will officiate the service with burial to follow in Eastside Baptist Church Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Ronnie Brown, Bro. Robert Thomas, Kody Atwood, Mike Ewing, Nick Aultman, and Morris Lowery.

Mr. Smith was a retired electrician, plumber, and jack of all trades.

Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel "Deedee" Smith; parents, Cora and Billy Joe Williford; dad, Marlyn Smith; daughter, Jennifer Lynn Ingram; father-in-law, Bill Brown; and brother, Jerry Williford.

He is survived by his daughters, Brittni Smith of Hattiesburg and Shanna (Mike) Mossburg of Maryland; grandchildren, Kandace Smith, Kyle Smith, Makalah Ingram, Adalyn Romines, Roby Romines, Juelz Mossburg, Isaiah Mossburg, Noah Paul Mossburg, Faith Mossburg, Jake Mossburg, and Lydia Mossburg; great granddaughter, Luna Anderson; brothers, Joey (April) Williford of Brookhaven and Reggie Smith of Laurel; sisters, Jeannie Rustin of Hattiesburg, Marcia (Robbie) Sovilla of Covington, LA, and Rhonda Smith of Bay St. Louis; mother-in-law, Lillian Brown of Petal; and brother-in-law, Ronnie (Rebecca) Brown of Hattiesburg.
