Services for Mrs. Patricia Ann Odom, age 84, of Richton, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 11, 2024 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mrs. Odom passed from this life on March 7, 2024 at her residence.  Bro. Bobby Ross and Bro. Greg Hodge will officiate the service and burial will follow in Bethel Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Freeman, Slugger Shows, John Henry Edwards, Josh Smith, Mikey Cooper, Logan Penton and Cayne Shows.

Mrs. Patricia leaves behing her loving and devoted husband two months shy of their 65th wedding anniversary.  She was a strong believer of the Christian faith and loved the Lord with all her heart.  Her grandbabies were the light of her life.  She also loved gardening and working in her yard.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vardie and Alma Ree Edwards; and sisters, Edna Earle Dykes and Bobbie Nell Dykes.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Andrew Odom; daughters, Nicole (Brandon) Freeman and Christie (Slugger) Shows; grandchildren, Dacota Prine, Dyllan Prine, Cayne Shows, Dru Freeman, and Montana Shows; brothers, Jerry (Karen) Edwards and John (Claudette) Edwards; and sisters, Lynn (Jack) Anderson and Kaye Cooper, all of Richton.
