Services for Mr. Norman Forrest Hinton, age 52, of Beaumont, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, January 5, 2024 at Lighthouse of Hope Ministries in Richton.  Mr. Hinton passed from this life on December 30, 2023 at his residence.  Bro. Barry Sullivan and Bro. Jerry Overstreet will officiate the service and burial will follow in Fairhope Baptist Church Cemetery in Beaumont.  Serving as pallbearers will be Addison Shattles, Brennon Shattles, Venn Mathis, Dylon Penick, Paden Roberts, and Caleb Hinton.

Mr. Hinton was a member and trustee at Lighthouse of Hope Ministries.  He was a quality assurance manager for six years with Laurel Machine and Foundry.  He was also a master gardener, professional craftsman, and a major outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Myrtle Ivey, Louie and Ethel Hinton, and John L. Sanford.

He is survived by his wife, Nicole Mills Hinton of Beaumont; children, Anna Katheryn Hinton of Dallas, TX, Ashley Kathleen Hinton (Paden) Roberts of Beaumont, Addison (Madison) Shattles of Richton, Brennon Shattles of Richton, Venn Mathis and Alexa Mathis, both of Beaumont; granddaughter, Paisley Grace Shattles of Richton; parents, Otha and Mary Elizabeth Hinton of Beaumont; sisters, Shelly (Lee) Henry of Hattiesburg and Sunny (Darrell) Guinn of Beaumont; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family wants to acknowledge and thank the Heart of Hospice, Barbara Sullivan, RN, Shanell Ward, CNA, and the Intervention Radiologist Team at Forrest General Hospital.
