5:30 - 10:00 p.m.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Mt. Pisgah United Pentecostal Church in Leakesville, for Mr. Noel Turner, age 83, of Vinegar Bend, Alabama.  Mr. Turner passed from this life on November 20, 2022 at his residence.  Bro. Justin Leyva and Bro. Mike Dykes will officiate the service with burial to follow in Okwakee Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Randy Turner, Charles Stewart, Greg Box, John Mathis, Jason Hoeft, and Bailey Walker.  Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Turner and Mike Mizell.

Mr. Turner was a faithful member of Mt. Pisgah United Pentecostal Church.  He retired from International Paper in Mobile after 44 years.  Mr. Turner served 6 years in the National Guard.  He enjoyed working with cows and being with his family.

Mr. Turner was preceded in death by his wife of over 60 years, Pat Turner; daughter, Julie Ann Turner; granddaughter, Renee Thompson; great grandson, Josiah Corey; and sisters, Willamena Prine, Ona Mae Mathis, and Mary Ann Williams.

He is survived by his children, Scott (Kelly) Turner, Preston (Sheila) Turner, Gina (Herbert) Thompson, and Paul (Tabatha) Turner; grandchildren, Kimberly, Randi, Ashley, Brandon, Brittany, Lizzy, Bailey, and Sabrina; great grandchildren, Josh, Caleb, Mary, Trevor, Riley, Logan, Carley, Abby, Jase, Avery, Maddison, Makenzie, Bentlee, and Alice; great great grandchild, Shelby; brother, Gaines H. "Buddy" Turner; and sister, Nancy Emmaline Stewart.
