Services for Mrs. Jeanie Breland, age 71, of Beaumont, will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, November 5, 2026, at First Baptist Church of Beaumont. Bro. John Sapp and Bro. Delton Parker will officiate the service and burial will follow in Beaumont Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Brantley Pipkins, Kameron Breland, Connor Sullivan, Spencer Breland, Greg Shows, and Chad Sullivan. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Craig Patterson, Quaid Patterson, and Braxton Patterson.

Faye Jeanell “Jeanie” Breland was born on November 2, 1955. She departed this life surrounded by her family after a hard-fought battle on November 2, 2026. Jeanie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose kindness, generosity, and love for others touched countless lives. Her family was the center of her world, and she found great happiness in loving, caring for, and creating special memories with each of them. She worked at Walmart in Petal for 15 years before retiring as department manager. She will be remembered for her giving heart, her strength, and her extraordinary ability to bring people together and make lasting memories.

Jeanie was preceded in death by her parents, John “Cebo" and Wilie Faye "Granny" Patterson; and sister, Nannette “Nanny” Lyles.

She will be missed by her beloved husband of 54 years, John Knox Breland; daughters, Wendy (Greg) Shows, Terri Breland, and Krisy (Chad) Sullivan; grandchildren, Spencer (Faith) Breland, Brantley Pipkins, Bayleigh Pipkins, Kameron (Chasady) Breland, Connor Sullivan, and McKenzie Sullivan; brothers, Tony (Belinda) Patterson, James Ray (Cindy) Patterson, and Rickey Patterson; and many nieces and nephews.
