A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 8, 2022, in the Shelton Baptist Church of Moselle for Mrs. Maxine Bonner, age 88, of Moselle. She passed from this life on September 4, 2022 at her residence. Bro. Earl Clark will officiate.

She loved her family with the grandkids being the light of her life. She served as a Baptist missionary. She retired from Ellisville State School after 18 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Lulu Mae Odom and sisters, Madge Hodge and Vondale Smith.

She is survived by her daughters, Belinda (Chris) Taylor of Opelousas, LA; Vickie Bonner of Moselle; grandsons, Shane (Gayle) Parker and Chris (Chrissy) Frazier both of Ellisville; granddaughters, Meegan (Eric) Robin  and Tiffany (Richard) Guillory both of Opelousas, LA; great-grandsons, Daniel Frazier of Moselle, James (Marissa) Parker, Andrew Frazier and Thomas Parker all of Ellisville, Landon Robin and Eli Robin both of Opelousas, LA; great-granddaughter, Tara Guillory of Opelousas, LA and two great great-grandchildren.

Jones and Son Funeral Home of Moselle is in charge of the arrangements.
