Services for Mrs. Maryellen Bufkin will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at the Buffalo Baptist Church of McLain. She passed away on June 10, 2023 in the Greene County Hospital. Bro. Dan Clark and Bro. Don Brown will officiate with burial to follow in the McLain Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Bufkin, Clint Bufkin, Kevin Cumbie, Adam Pipkins, Johnny Williams and Kedrick Taylor.

Mrs. Bufkin was born on October 22, 1986 in George County, MS to her parents, George L. and Janice Pipkins Williams. She was a loving mother, wife, sister and friend. She worked as the assistant manager of the Circle K in Little Creek.

She is survived by her husband, Jason "Bo" Bufkin of McLain; children, Ivy Taylor Bufkin, Logan Wayne Guerin and Wyatt Kane Guerin; brother, Jr. (Ashley) Williams; parents, George and Janice Williams;  in-laws, Keith and Mary Bufkin; nieces and nephews, Brayden Bufkin, Ty Bufkin, Case Bufkin, Kaelyn Bufkin, Kynlee Bufkin, Gracie Williams, Bella Williams, Kayden Williams, Maddie Williams, Anna Williams; and great-niece, Kennedy Jones.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Buffalo Baptist Church in McLain.
