Services will be held at 11:30 Thursday, November 30, 2023, in the Jones and Son Chapel of Moselle for Mrs. Mary Lynn Smith, age 63, of Ellisville. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Ochsner's Medical Center in Jefferson, LA. Bro. Charles Brady will officiate the service with burial to follow in the Lott Cemetery of Seminary.

Mary Lynn was born on Sunday, April 24. 1960, in Laurel, MS to A.B. Wade and Erva Lee Wade.  She served as the Director of the Foster Grandparent Program of the Pinebelt for 40 plus years. She was a shining light to her community and everyone that knew her. She loved her family, especially her two grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Byron Smith of Ellisville; daughter, Haley Smith Sumrall (Brent) of Ellisville; grandchildren, Benjamin and Judah Sumrall; brother, Buddy Wade and several very special nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Moselle.
