Services for Mr. Marty T. White, age 53, of Richton, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 7, 2024 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mr. White passed from this life on January 3, 2024 at his residence.  Bro. Evans Freeman will officiate the service and burial will follow in Henderson Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Timmy Story, Tommy Story, Sid Little, Huston Kittrell, Jerry Mills, Nicky Cochran, and Steve Goodnight as alternate.

Mr. White was preceded in death by his father and mother, Thurley White and Gwendalynn Barfield; brothers, Gary Barfield and Terry Barfield; uncles, Ed White, Tom White, Kenneth White, Rex White, Jimmy White, Woodrow Little, and Howard Mills; aunts, Ila Walley, Rhonda Smith, Ann Ainsworth, Eula Rae Cochran, Tina Little, Eloise Mills, and Jean Story; and cousin, Patricia Cochran.

He is survived by his cousins, Jerry and Gloria Mills, Mark Mills, Tammy Dickerson, Tommy and Lashell Story, Timmy and Jennifer Story, Sid and Sarah Little, Nicky and Mary Cochran, Connie and Jerry Malone, Diane Alexander, and Jason Little; aunts, June Smith and Jean Hinton; and many more friends and relatives.
