Services for Mr. Marshall Blake McCardle, age 42, of Ovett, will be held at 3:30 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton. Mr. McCardle passed from this life on April 19, 2023 at his residence. Bro. David Williams will officiate the service and burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery in Ovett. Pallbearers will be Chris Saul, Jessie Harp, Tim Powell, Michael Harp, Jared Davis, and Jack Butler.

Mr. McCardle enjoyed gardening, listening to music, his home life, and watching the kids play.

Mr. McCardle was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edwin and Gladys McCardle; and brother, Corey Dearmon.

He is survived by his father, Ronald (Barbara Jane) McCardle of Ovett; life partner, Patricia Doyle of Ovett; mothers, Vickie Zamora, Lisa McCardle, and Barbara Jane McCardle; daughters, Ashley Black of Moselle, Shannon Danielle McCardle (Hunter Penney) of Ovett, Jena Renay McCardle (Tim Powell) of Ovett, and Chloe McCardle of Moselle; son, Corey Blake McCardle of Ovett; and siblings, Sommer West of Ellisville, Erica Hooper of Alabama, and Eric.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Richton.
