Services for Mrs. Margie Capers Graham, age 76, of Ovett, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mrs. Graham passed from this life on August 13, 2024 at her residence.  Bishop Charles Hanchey and Pastor Je Stephens will officiate the service and burial will follow in Welcome Home Cemetery in Ovett.  Serving as pallbearers will be Keith Morris, Jonathan McRee, Steven McRee, Mark Heilman, Christopher Dykes, Daniel Walters, and Kimbo Sumrall as alternate.

Mrs. Margie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and a faithful friend.  She was a member of Christ Church and loved to worship her Lord with her family.  She loved to ride through the game reserve with Herman, go shopping at Shirley's, as well as carry on and joke with family and friends. She loved to spoil her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Capers; parents, John and Vallie Williford; brother, Norman (Joyce) Williford; and sisters, Lenore Walters and Martha (Max) Brewer.

She is survived by her husband, Herman Graham of Ovett; sons, Jamey (Jennifer "Woody") Capers of Farmington Hills, MI and Jason (Sirlene) Capers of Laurel; grandchildren, Judah Capers, Isaac Capers, Ella Capers, Jameson Capers; and sisters, Lois Morris of Ovett and Mary McRee of Ellisville.
