Memorial services for Mrs. Lynda Roberts, age 77, of McLain, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at McLain Church of God.  Mrs. Roberts passed from this life on January 10, 2025 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  Bro. Greg Foster will officiate the service.

Mrs. Roberts was a member of the McLain Church of God, where she served as the church clerk for over 20 years.  She was a great cook, an avid reader, and she loved her Hallmark movies.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William James Roberts; son, William Paul Roberts, parents, Wilburn and Emma Roberts; sister, Hilda Byrd; and brothers, Gordon Roberts and Jimmy Roberts.

She is survived by her son, Chris (Tiny) Roberts of Andrews, TX; daughter, Sherri Roberts of Leakesville; grandson, Chaz (Alyssa) Roberts of Petal; sisters, Nelda Rigney of Lucedale, Beckie (Curtis) Saucier of Saucier, and Ann Roberts (Richard Smith) of Pensacola, FL; brother, Tommy (Pansy) Roberts of McLain; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
