Graveside services for Mr. Lukie Smith, age 77, of Kingsland, Georgia will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday, May 13, 2024 at the Smith Family Cemetery in the Piave community.  Mr. Smith passed from this life on May 8, 2024 in Brunswick, Georgia.  Rev. Mac Smith will officiate the service.  Serving as pallbearers will Cody Brock, Alex Boutwell, Craig Breland, Robert Smith, Brian Smith, and Butch Breland.

Mr. Smith was retired from Georgia Pacific.  He loved to fish with his family and friends and spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank C. Smith; mother, Hallie Smith; and brothers, Russell Smith, Patrick Smith, and Wayne Smith.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal (Cody) Brock of Kingsland, GA; son, Anthony Smith of Bay Springs, MS; 5 grandchildren; brothers, Vance (Jackie) Smith of Hartsville, SC, Mac (Patsy) Smith of Knoxville, TN, Terrell Smith of Aberdeen, MS, Bruce (Janeen) Smith of Richton, MS; and sisters, Beverly (Arthur) Brown of Aberdeen, MS and Thressa (Butch) Breland of Richton.
