Services for Mrs. Louise Dykes, age 90, of Richton, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mrs. Dykes passed from this life on July 10, 2023 at her residence.  Dr. Rory Dill will officiate the service and burial will follow in Edwards Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Nathan Richardson, James Allen Bridges, Jacob Greenwood, Cole Greenwood, Larry Greenwood, and Richard Greenwood.

Mrs. Dykes was a member of Loop Road Baptist Church in Richton.

Mrs. Dykes was preceded in death by her parents, Hardee and Bessie Dykes; son, James Hardee Greenwood; brother, James Hardee "Buddy" Dykes; and sisters, Selma Odom, Lorraine Dykes, and Bell Dykes.

She is survived by her sons, Larry Greenwood of Richton and Richard Greenwood of Miami, FL; daughter, Charlotte (James Allen) Bridges of Hattiesburg; grandchildren, Lori Greenwood, Leslie Greenwood, Kevin Greenwood, Jason Bridges, Angel Bridges, Cassie Bridges, Shawn Greenwood, Jacob Greenwood, and Cole Greenwood; 6 great grandchildren; and numerous great great grandchildren.
