Services for Mrs. Kim Walther, age 58, of Lucedale, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Canaan Land United Pentecostal Church in Leakesville with Bro. David Clark, Bro. Myron Schilling, and Bro. Chris Wells officiating.  Interment will follow in the Shady Grove Cemetery in Lucedale.

Kim worked for many years as a paralegal and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.  She dearly loved her family and was always willing to help anyone at anytime.  She had recently been attending the First United Pentecostal Church of McLain. Kim's bright personality and welcoming spirit made her a joy to be around and she will always be remembered for these attributes.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rudolph Walther; her parents, Florian and Carolyn Fairley; and her niece, Traci Ladnier.

She is survived by her daughter, Ashleigh Walther of Picayune; her son, Chris Parsons of Lucedale, and a bonus daughter, Ginger Rasberry; her grandchildren, Ryder Parsons, Brayden Parsons, Bently Parsons, Bailey Martin, Braxton Martin, Kohen Martin, and Daevian Rasberry; her sisters, Virginia Alford of Semmes, Elizabeth Dixon of Leakesville, Deborah Grimes of Leakesville, and Tania Sylvester of McLain; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

For those wishing to make floral expressions of sympathy, please remember that Kim loved bright colors!

Visitation for Mrs. Walther will be held from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. Wednesday also at Canaan Land United Pentecostal Church.
