Services for Mrs. June Smith, age 79, of Richton, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mrs. Smith passed from this life on May 8, 2024 at her residence.  Bro. Jimmy Holcomb will officiate the service and burial will follow in West Salem Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Steve White, Shane White, Zach Mills, Bruce Smith, Wylee Allen, and Trevor Walley.  Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Johnny Ainsworth.

Mrs. June was a mother to all and a lifelong caregiver.  She truly loved her family.  She enjoyed working on the farm with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Smith; parents, Jim and Grace White; and 10 siblings.

She is survived by her children, Chris (Janice) Smith of Sand Hill, Kim (Brad) Johnson of Pensacola, Fl, and Josh (Tiffany) Smith of Sand Hill; grandchildren, Eli Smith, Abby Smith, and Nora Kate Smith; sister, Jean Hinton of Richton; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
