INTERMENT:     Bullock Cemetery

Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday, October 28, 2024, in the Bullock Cemetery for Mr. John "Big John" Keen, age 81, of Moselle. Mr. Keen passed away on October 24, 2024, in the Landmark Nursing Center of Collins, MS. Bro. Daniel Whaley will officiate with the burial following the service. Serving as pallbearers will be John J. Keen, Shain Keen, Tyler Keen, L. J. Johnson and Jeremy Minter.

John worked most of his life as a carpenter. He loved to fellowship and swap and trade almost anything. He enjoyed fishing and mechanic work.

He is survived by his children, John J. Keen (Darla) of Rolling Fork, MS, Wendy Minter of Petal and Shain Keen of Moselle; grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan, Summer, Eli, Ali, Leland and Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Ryder, Landon, Jaxon, Makenna, Landre and Hayes; brothers, Donald Keen and David Keen both of Brookhaven; sisters Debbie Rushing and Delma Herrington both of Brookhaven and best friend, Molly Breland.
