Services for Rev. Jimmy Dale Graham, Sr., age 66, of Richton, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 18, 2025 at Bethel Freewill Baptist Church in the Buck Creek Community.  Bro. Graham passed from this life on July 9, 2025 at his residence.  Bro. Norman Nowell, Bro. Troy Fagan, and Bro. Wayne Flurry will officiate the service and burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Matthew Graham, Dale Graham, Leland Graham, Woodrow Graham, Eyan Graham, and Dewayne Shows.  Serving as honorary pallbearers will be James Showes, Jesse Showes, Russell Walley, Blake Mayo, and Mark Clark.

Bro. Graham leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and service. He dedicated 15 years of his career to Atlanta Gas & Light and served as the beloved pastor of Prospect Baptist Church for over five years.

Bro. Graham had a heart for ministry and a deep love for people. He never missed an opportunity to share the Word of the Lord with everyone he met, whether from the pulpit or in everyday conversation. His quiet joy was found in simple pleasures—piddling in his garden, tinkering around the house, and spending cherished time with his grandchildren, whom he adored dearly.

He will be remembered for his unwavering faith, generous spirit, and the love he poured into his family, his church, and his community.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Gavin and Lorene "Granny" Graham; brother, Fredrick Shows; and parents-in-law, Woodrow Showes and Marilyn Lambrick.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Showes Graham of Richton; children, Jimmy Dale (Tabatha) Graham, Jr. of Gainesville, GA, Matthew (Ashley) Graham of Richton, and Beth Kelley of Taccoa, GA; grandchildren, Woodrow, Katherine, Whitney, Greenly, Leland, Eyan, Mari-Lynn (Luke) Gosnell, Reagan, and Liam; great grandson, Sam Beau Gosnell; and siblings, Fredna Tingle, Edna Kepper, Liz (Don) Dalton, and James Gavin (Betty) Graham, Jr.
