Services will be held for Mrs. Jill Walters Johnson, age 49, of Petal at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 12, 2024, in the Jones and Son Chapel of Moselle. Mrs. Johnson passed from this life of on April 8, 2024, at St. Dominic's Hospital in Jackson. Bro. Dennis Polk will officiate with burial to follow in the Walters Family Cemetery of Moselle. Serving as pallbearers will be Brice Walters, Dean Walters, Kevin Grantham, Grant Culpepper, Garrett Culpepper and Charles Knight.

Jill dearly loved her children and spending time with them. She was an Interior Decorator and loved decorating. She also loved plants. She was active in 4-H as a youth. She was a member of Moselle United Methodist Church. She attended Jones College and Mississippi State University where she studied Animal Science.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Gail Walters I. She is survived by her brother and  sister-in-law, David and Casie Walters II of Big Pine Key, FL; son, Jett Keegan Johnson of Petal; daughter, Zoe Gail Walters of Petal and special lifetime friends, Mark and Tina McKinley,

Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Moselle.
