Jett Bufkin was born on June 3, 2013 to Justin and Amber Bufkin.  Jett was a fierce little boy who loved his family very much.  His quick wit could catch you off guard, but leave you laughing so hard your belly hurt.  His nurses loved to call him "pawpaw Jett" because he was often grumbly and stubborn like old men tend to be.  He loved playing video games, riding his golf cart, and snuggling with his cats.  Jett's Journey through cancer and bone marrow transplant was such an inspiration to others and he was a perfect testimony to God's faithfulness and goodness.  On March 1, 2024, Jett was welcomed into the arms of Jesus where he will no longer suffer or be in pain.

Jett is survived by his parents, Justin and Amber Bufkin; his sister, Adriannah Bufkin; his nephew, Colt Thornton; grandparents, Sarah Holmes and Mike and Dorthea Nell Bufkin; great grandmother, Aline Rainey; and a slew of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
