A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025, in the Moselle Memorial Baptist Church for Mrs. Jennifer E. DeFreese, age 50, of Moselle. Mrs. DeFreese passed from this life on September 5, 2025, at her residence. Dr. Keith Thompson will officiate the service.

Jennifer was a member of Moselle Memorial Baptist Church. She was a graduate of the University of Alabama. She worked as a Physician Relations Coordinater at Pine Grove Outpatient Services for over 26 years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Butler and nephew, Nick Davis. She is survived by her husband, Paul DeFreese of Moselle; son, Matthew DeFreese of Moselle; mother, Barbara Butler of Ellisville; sisters, Laura Butler of Winter Park, FL and Cheryl Butler of Ellisville; nephew, Noah Butler of Ellisville and a host of other nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Moselle Memorial Baptist Church.
