Services for Mrs. Jearline "Jeri" Rogers Riley, age 87, of Beaumont, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 23, 2025 at Crossgate Community Church in Beaumont.  Mrs. Riley passed from this life on June 20, 2025 at the Waters in Union City, Tennessee.  Bro. Jim Slowy will officiate the service and burial will follow in Beaumont Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Jeremy Riley, Justin Riley, Fred Roman, Dale Carnahan, Paul Windham, and Eric Carnahan.

Mrs. Riley was born on October 25, 1937 in Beaumont, Mississippi to the late Jesse Johnson and Annie (Breland) Rogers.

She worked as a secretary at Beaumont High School, and worked in accounting with Perry County Schools for 25 years before retiring in 1993. On September 22, 1957 she married Lenard Riley. He preceded her on March 17, 1988.

She was a faithful member of Crossgate Community Church in Beaumont, MS for the majority of her life. She was actively involved in Youth Ministry for many years, and also served as Church Treasurer for 17 years.

She is survived by a daughter, Beth Riley of Beaumont, MS; son, Keith (Cindy) Riley of Union City, TN; 2 grandsons, Jeremy (Jennifer) Riley and Justin Riley, 5 great-grandchildren, Alex Riley, Seeley Riley, Dax Riley, Gavin Hice, and Alexis Hice; sister, Helen Smith of Avery, MS; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
