Services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Friday, August 5, 2022, at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton for Mrs. Jane Hinton, age 61, of New Augusta.  Mrs. Hinton passed from this life on August 2, 2022 at USA Medical Center in Mobile.  Bro. Greg Hodge will officiate the service with burial to follow in Carter McSwain Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Tanner Hinton, Maddox Canard, Colten Byrd, Steve Sweeney, Nick Cole, Levi Byrd, and Tyler Aultman as alternate.

Mrs. Hinton worked for Kohler Engines for over 20 years.  She attended Calvary Baptist Church.  She enjoyed gardening and tending her plants, reading, and shopping.  She loved animals, but most of all she loved her grandchildren.

Mrs. Hinton was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Hinton; parents, Billy and Betty Cole; and sister, Laura Lowery.

She is survived by her son, Blake (Kayla) Hinton of New Augusta; daughter, Tonya Hinton of New Augusta; grandchildren, Kamyron, Maddox, Colten, Tanner, and Rylen; and siblings, David Cole and Vicki Cole, both of Oak Grove.
