Mrs. Jan Dement, age 48, passed from this life on June 29, 2022, at South Central Regional Medical Center. She was born on February 18, 1975 to Frank R. and Wilda Jeanette Brown in Laurel, MS.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Denise Campbell and Becky Crutcher.

She is survived by her daughter, Desiree Jeanette Brown of Texas; half-sister, Laine McMichael; brother, James Pearson and two grandchildren.
