1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Services will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. for Mrs. Ilene Walley Palmer, age 82, of Richton, at Lovewell Freewill Baptist Church.  Mrs. Palmer passed away on October 15, 2020 at Perry County General Hospital in Richton.  Bro. Devon McIlwain and Bro. Bryan Walley will officiate with burial to follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Palmer, Tarlton Langele, Kenneth Langele, Daniel Stringer, Wesley Gandy and Wes Elms.

Mrs. Palmer was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Palmer.  She is survived by her daughters, Sue (Jimmy) Stringer of Winston Salem, NC, Laura (Wes) Elms of Richton; sons, Randall (Patricia) Langele of Richton, James (Lisa) Langele of Stockton, AL, Tommy (Jessie) Langele of Rabun, AL; grandchildren, Sarah, Christopher, Daniel, Jeffrey, Kenneth, Tarlton, Ivey Rose, Bryant and Avery; 7 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Linda Walley; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2020 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Lovewell Freewill Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in her memory to Jones and Son Funeral Home.
