Services for Rev. H. B. Sullivan, age 87, of Richton will be held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Lighthouse of Hope Ministries in Richton.  Rev. Sullivan passed from this life on January 4, 2025 at his residence.  Rev. Barry Sullivan, Rev. Marsus Sullivan, Rev. Johnathan Malone, Rev. Don Fulmer, and Rev. Evans Freeman will officiate the service and burial will follow in Mutual Rights Cemetery.  Serving as palllbearers will be Michael Sullivan, Caleb Sullivan, Allen Sullivan, Joshua Sullivan, Cody Herring, and Jordan Dole.  Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Kameron Mills and Justin Stinson.

Rev. Sullivan served as pastor for several churches for over 50 years.  He was known as being the community pastor to an untold number of people.  He also worked as a small engine mechanic and could literally fix anything.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Sullivan of Richton; daughter, Alisa (Toby) Brannan of Richton; sons, Leslie "Bo" Sullivan of Richton, Marsus (Charlotte) Sullivan of Richton, and Barry (Wendy) Sullivan of Leakesville; 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; brother, Kernice (Judy) Sullivan of Neely; sister, Nelda (Terry) Moore of Laurel; and a host of nieces, nephews, and an untold number of friends.
