A memorial service will be held at a later date for Mrs. Gloria Swanson Christensen, age 92, of Hattiesburg who passed from this life on July 11, 2022 at Forrest General Hospital.

Mrs. Christensen was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ludwig Bernard Christensen; parents, Elbert Elias and Florence Elenor Whiddon; three brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her sons, Tim Christensen of Hattiesburg and Stephen (Shao Mei) Christensen of Matlock, Washington; granddaughter, Jackie (Dove) Byrne of McKinleyville, CA; and great grandsons, Ryko Byrne and Tyrus Byrne.
