Services for Mrs. Glenda Nell Mills, age 70, of Ovett will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 7, 2025 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mrs. Mills passed from this life on December 2, 2025 in Laurel, Mississippi.  Bro. Steven Perry and Bro. Colon Rowell will officiate the service and burial will follow in Welcome Home Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Derek Fowler, Kylan Collier, Joe Holifield, Greg Smith, Kent Perry, and Matt Anglin.

Mrs. Glenda  was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker whose greatest joy in life was caring for her family. Known for her kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering love, she created a home filled with warmth and generosity.  For a time, Mrs. Glenda worked in Central Supply at South Central Regional Medical Center, where she was appreciated for her dedication and steady work ethic. Outside of work, she took delight in cooking for those she loved and spending peaceful days fishing with her grandson, Cason.  These were all moments she treasured deeply.

She was preceded in death by her son, Phill Tucker; parents, Denson "D.D." and Lanell Wade; and brother, Kenneth Wade.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Mills of Ovett; son, Glenn (Teresa) Tucker of Ovett; grandchildren, Patience (Derek) Fowler and Cason Tucker; and great grandchildren, Ophelia Fowler, Creed Tucker, Feyre Fowler, and Kavi Fairley.

Mrs. Glenda's legacy of love, strength, and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
