12:30 - 2:30 p.m.

Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, February 23, 2026, at Lighthouse of Hope Ministries for Mr. Gerald Ray Brown, age 51, of Richton, who died on February 17, 2026. Bro. Barry Sullivan will officiate the service with burial to follow at Cochran Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Landon Williams, Tyson Walley, Michael Dement, Randy Freeman, Toby Kittrell, and Dave Anderson.

Mr. Brown is survived by two sisters, Dena Kay Hust of Springfield, LA and Montressa Williams of Richton; nephews and niece, Landon Williams, Matthew Touchstone, and Reagan Williams; great nieces and nephews, Brionna O'Neal, Taniya McSwain, Hayden McSwain, Lexus Jones, Cameron Jones, Da-Da Jones; great-great nieces and nephews, A'Layah O'Neal and De'Monea Sewell and a host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nancy Kay and Burnie Ray Brown; niece Leticia Hinton, nephew, Andrew Kelly; grandparents, Cecil and Monteal Brewer, grandmother, Lillian Dykes and grandfather, Ted Brown.

Mr. Brown was a member of the Lighthouse of Hope Ministries in Richton and a lifelong resident of Richton.

Visitation will be held from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. Monday, at the Lighthouse of Hope Ministries.
