A Celebration of Life service for Ms. Ernestine Tucker, age 92, of Richton will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m., Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Eastside Baptist Church in Richton.  Ms. Tucker passed from this life on March 31, 2026 at her residence.  Bro Chris Freeman will officiate the service.

Ms. Tucker devoted over 40 years of service to Southeastern Petroleum, where she worked in many different roles throughout her career. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church.  In her free time, Ms. Tucker loved to go and enjoyed working in her yard, a place where she found peace and fulfillment. More than anything, she cherished the time spent visiting with her family and friends, creating lasting memories with those she loved.  She will be remembered for her dedication, her warmth, and the love she shared with all who knew her.

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Tucker Hendry of Richton and Tina Tucker Deese of Richton; grandchildren, John Kelly (Kayla) Fulmer, Misty Dawn Johnson, and Haley Nicole (Justin) Freeman; great-grandchildren, Kryslynn and Tuck Fulmer, Logan and Kelby Freeman, Kensleigh and Ryder Johnson; and great-great-grandchild, Layton Chance Freeman.
