Services for Mr. Elijah Cole Stokes, age 22, of Richton, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Richton.  Mr. Stokes passed from this life on October 28, 2024 in Perry County, Mississippi.  Pastor Logan Justice will officiate the service and burial will follow in  Hickory Grove Church of God Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Bailey Smith, Casey Smith, Sam Henderson, Bailey Bresse, Joshua Leboeuf, Roy Nowell, with Chance Thomas and Ryan Lott as alternates.

Mr. Stokes was employed by Hood Industries in Wiggins in the maintenance department.  He loved four wheelers, hunting, and fishing.  He was a member of the Daughtry Hill Hunting Club.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Beasley; and uncles, Chris Beasley and Ricky Williford.

He is survived by his mother, Denise Beasley of Richton; father, Eddie Stokes of Bay Minette, AL; siblings, Dakota (Makayla) Beasley of Richton, Cheyenne Stokes of Bay Minette, AL, Secora Stokes of Richton, and Jessy Stokes of Richton; grandmothers, Dell Beasley or Richton and Diane Devine of Bay Minette, AL; grandfather, Charles (Debbie) Stokes of Bay Minette, AL; nephew, Nathan Beasley; niece, Nova Stokes; and a host of other relatives.
