Graveside services for Mrs. Effie Alice McCoy, age 103, of McLain, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 11, 2024 at McLain Cemetery.  Mrs. McCoy passed from this life on April 7, 2024 at Bedford Care Center in Petal.  Bro. Louis Nicolosi will officiate the service.

Mrs. McCoy was a member of the First Baptist Church of McLain.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack McCoy; parents, Willie and Bamma Rogers; and children, Karen Hillman and Jackie McCoy.

She is survived by her children, Charlotte (Louis) Nicolosi of Purvis and John (Mary) McCoy of Oak Grove; grandchildren, Eric (Jennifer) Hillman of Beaumont, Gary Hillman, Jr. of Neely, Mike Nicolosi of Hattiesburg, Charles Nicolosi of Purvis, Jim McCoy of Colorado Springs, CO, Toni McCoy of San Diego, CA, Daniel (Mesia) McCoy of Oak Grove, and Matthew (Molly Anne) McCoy of Mandeville, LA.; 5 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
