Services for Mrs. Diana Lunsford, age 67, of Richton will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2024 at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton.  Mrs. Lunsford passed from this life on July 21, 2024 at her residence.   Rev. Danny Collins will officiate the service and burial will follow in Beaumont Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Lindon Van Gundy, Christopher Hodges, Paul Smith, Layton McCoy, Sam Ortiz, Charles Hodges, and Ronald Sturgis as alternate.

Mrs. Lunsford was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.  She was an amazing cook who loved to fish and can food from her garden.

She was survived by her husband, John Lunsford, Sr. of Richton; children, Edwin (Christina) Lunsford fo Millbrook, AL, Teisha Lunsford of Petal, Kyle (Melissa) Lunsford of Beaumont, and Ashley (Sam) Ortiz of White Pine, TN; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren, and siblings, Jessie Hodges of State Line, Martha Sego of Lucedale, Charles Hodges of Lucedale, Leila Charara of Oak Grove, and Thelma Nell Drees of Hertford, NC.
