10:30 a. m. to 12:30 p.m.

Services will be held at 12:30 p.m., Friday, January 13, 2023, at Jones and Son Chapel in Richton, for Mr. David Walker, age 67 of Richton.  Mr. Walker passed from this life on January 6, 2023 in Slidell, LA.  Bro. Shaun Hinton will officiate the service and burial will follow in Whitehouse Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Cody Cole, Dustin Hinton, Charles Brewer, Jon Mills, Shaun Hinton, and Christie Hinton.

Mr. Walker was an avid farmer.  He could always be found outside cooking or working. He loved his family immensely, he was a provider and protector to all of them.  He was also a father figure to his many nieces and nephews.  He was dearly loved by his sisters-in-law.

Mr. Walker is survived by his wife, Brenda Gale Walker of Richton; son, John David Walker of Richton; grandson, John David Rush Walker of Richton; parents, John and Stella Walker of Morton; daughters, Amber Hinton of Richton and Crystal Hinton (Christie) of Mobile, AL; and granddaughters, Swayze Hinton of Mobile, AL, Hannah Brewer of Richton, and Breanna Kittrell of Hattiesburg.
