Services for Mrs. Cindy Herring, age 67, of Beaumont, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Sunday, June 29, 2025 at Union Baptist Church in Beaumont.  Mrs. Herring passed from this life on June 26, 2025 at her residence.  Bro. Delton Parker will officiate the service and burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Cluff, Eddie Easley, Nickie Easley, Johnathan Barnett, Alex Johnson, and C.J. Holifield.  Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Barry Alexander, Branton Barnett, Christopher Gould, and Amman James.

Mrs. Herring was a devoted member of Union Baptist Church of Beaumont. A woman of strong faith and tireless dedication to her community, she retired from the Perry County School System after more than 27 years of service as both a school bus driver and a teacher.

Mrs. Herring also had a commitment to service and transportation by operating her own business, Miller Transport, for eight years.

She will be remembered for her unwavering work ethic, her care for the children and families she served, and her deep-rooted kindness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, R.C. and Wilhelmina Hall; and sister, Becky Pierce.

She is survived by her husband, Ammon Herring of Beaumont; sons, Richard (Melanie) Barnett of Sunrise and Jeremy (Holly) Barnett of Lucedale; daughters, Hope (Steven) Savage of Buhl, AL and Dana (Sean) Gould of Beaumont; 18 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sisters, Ann Easley of New Augusta, Bonnie Newsome of New Augusta, Carrie Easley of Lumberton, Rose Hall of New Augusta, and Kathy Courtney of New Augusta.
