Services for Mr. Colon Brewer, age 86, of Richton will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Richton First Assembly of God Church.  Mr. Brewer passed from this life on May 10, 2024 in Leakesville, Mississippi.  Bro. Scott Morris and Bro. Greg Hillman will officiate the service and burial will follow in Mulberry Cemetery.  Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Grantham, Jaidin Grantham, Matthew Hillman, Jason Dover, Joshua Hines, Jaxtin Dover, and Jaikob Grantham as alternate.

Mr. Brewer worked most of his life as a logger.  He was faithful to his family, his church, and his friends.  He attended Richton First Assembly of God Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, W.C. and Susie Brewer; and brother, Pete Brewer.

He is survived by his wife, Frances O. Brewer of Richton, daughters, Joyce (Joe) Grantham of New Augusta and Judy (Greg) Hillman of Neely; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; siblings, Dan (Alma Ruth) Brewer, Sherman Brewer, Shirley (Robert) Edwards, Selma (Donald) Shows, Frances Edwards, Joe Brewer, Pat Hudson, and Betty Sue Blue.
